Managing Projects using MS Project

The course helps team members to plan and schedule project activities in terms of duration, dependencies, constraints and needed resources besides building a cost estimate for the entire project. It also helps them to read projects data in many views and reports while executing and controlling projects. The course focus is on defining the logical sequence that a project manger preferably should follow while using MS Project.

This training also enables project administrators to use the workflow module included in Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2010 to automate project processes that are required to track a high volume of items, such as project issues, calendar events, or project tasks.
